KVKK Privacy Notice

1. Data Controller

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), the data controller for personal data you submit through verimly.net (“Verimly”) is ABSTUNG SOLUTIONS LTD. Verimly is a brand of ABSTUNG SOLUTIONS LTD.

2. In Short: We Don’t Collect Your Data

This site has no database, no user accounts, no tracking cookies and no advertising pixels. No personal data that identifies you is collected while you browse. Personal data only reaches us when you submit the contact form yourself or message us on WhatsApp.

3. What You Share in the Form

When you submit the contact form, the following is sent straight to our team by email, without being stored on the site:

  • Identity and contact: Your name and email address.
  • Request details: Company, website, the service you are interested in, an approximate ad budget range and your message (optional fields).
  • Source: Which ad or link brought you to the site (UTM tags and ad click IDs). This is kept only while your browser tab is open and reaches us only if you submit the form.
  • Security: The Cloudflare Turnstile check used to stop spam bots, and the IP address processed during that check.

We use your details only to assess your request, contact you about an intro call and protect the form from abuse. Legal bases: processing directly related to entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c) and our legitimate interest in information security (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).

Your details are never sold, rented, added to marketing lists or used to send you newsletters you did not ask for.

5. Who Receives It

We use only two service providers that the site needs to run:

  • Cloudflare: Hosting, protection against attacks and Turnstile bot verification.
  • Emailit: Delivering the form contents to our team by email (data centre in the European Union).

The WhatsApp button on the site is only a link that opens WhatsApp; no WhatsApp code is loaded on the site. Messages you send on WhatsApp are subject to WhatsApp’s (Meta’s) own privacy terms.

As these providers are located abroad, transfers are made under Article 9 of KVKK.

6. How Long We Keep It

Form contents exist only in our email inbox. Once your request is settled and no business relationship follows, the correspondence is deleted when it is no longer needed. You can ask us to delete it at any time, and we will delete your correspondence once we receive your request.

7. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn its purpose and whether it is used accordingly, know who it is transferred to, ask for it to be corrected, deleted or destroyed, ask for those actions to be notified to recipients, object to an outcome against you based solely on automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
